    Question

    Hi all -

We are gathering all our AG stuff up while we start to work on building our dolls a house. For the first time, I've noticed that our Felicity dressing tables (we have 2) are definitely two different colors. One is what I would describe as very cherry looking, the other just a "normal" brown looking finish. I'm strongly considering buying Felicity's bed, and now I'm wondering--is my lighter table a fluke (as the darker seems to match the shade of the bed as shown in the catalog)?

Just wondering, for those of you who have both--does your dressing table match the bed in terms of shade of the wood?

    Mine matches. See pics below.

In the last pic, you can see how the table and bed have the same color. Hope this helps. Also, Bed and table are from 1995.

    Ria -

Thanks for the pictures. One of my dressing tables is that color. It's the other which is an entirely lighter shade of brown!

I'll have to charge up the digital, and see if maybe I can post a picture so y'all can see what I mean. They are definitely not the same color!

Can you do me another favor? I'm trying to build a simple dollhouse for the girls, and I need to know how tall Felicity's bed is? I think her old Press is 25 inches, is that right? Gotta make sure I have enough ceiling room if I'm ever so lucky to get one!

    Thanks,
    Linda

And I just measured the PM clothes press, and mine is right at 25 inches tall.

Thanks, y'all. Looks like I either need to increase my height dimension by a couple of inches, or give Felicity the top story without a roof!

Still interested in knowing if anyone else has a dressing table that doesn't exactly match the coloring of the bed. I can tell from looking at the two dressing tables I have, and at Ria's pictures, that the one table will absolutely not match Felicity's bed if it is the dark cherry color like my other table.
